1. Pick a large background to build your vision on. It could be a poster board, a large piece of flip chart paper, foam core, a tri-fold foam core display, even several pieces of paper taped together to make it big. (It needs to be big for the impact, and to give you some room to play)

2. Gather a large stack of magazines. All types of magazines...your favorites, those ones that are inspiring (Oprah's magazine, Body and Soul, Coastal Living, Real Simple are some favorites).

3. Invest in magazines that are about your dream business. Google websites that are about your dream business, and download photos and words that speak to your business. Also, look for different magazines; business, entrepreneur, wine and food magazines, etc. *Don’t be afraid to ask for old magazines that you find at your hair, spa & nail salons, dentists/doctors waiting rooms, ~ they are usually happy to let go of old issues.

4. Set aside some time just for going through the magazines. Flip through and let your eyes fall wherever. Relax and enjoy this time. See what photos, words, headlines grab your attention.

Tear pages that have photos that make your feel good. Notice when your energy soars. Notice words, phrases, photos that grabs your attention and tear these pages out. Don't edit, don't wonder why you like something. Don't talk yourself out of anything that you feel would be ‘impossible to attain. Don’t be practical here, this is a visioning – your dream board. Claim everything that makes you feel good. Collect a good stack - you might do it all in one sitting or you might want to peruse over a period of time. Just enjoy and dream big!

5. Now put it all together. Go through your stack of pictures and words. Trim the pictures, words, phrases & paste them on your Vision Board. Don't worry about it being perfect. This is only for you! Let some pieces hang off the page. Tilt this one. Tuck another one behind and let it peek out. Create a theme around your new dream business.

6. Next: take a Magic Marker and in your own handwriting put dates next, above, beside the photos that you want to have accomplished and in your life as a result of the success of your dream business. Some photos will be about your business ~ others will be the gifts and rewards from your financial successes with this new chapter in your life. It is all Good!

7. Hang your vision mapping board where you can see it often....in your office, in your bedroom, on your closet door, in the bathroom ~ wherever it feels right for you! Develop a practice where you look at it often....perhaps the same time each day. Imagine your vision coming true...it's here, right now...enjoy the feeling of savoring it now...
